Please note: Due to a current shortage of lei greeters, the latest available airport greeting time is 8:00 pm. For flights arriving after 8:00 pm, your lei will be delivered to your hotel instead.

You can reserve a lei greeting for yourself or surprise someone special with a beautiful island welcome. It is a thoughtful way to celebrate a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, family vacation, or a first trip to Hawaii. After a long flight across the Pacific, seeing your name on a welcome sign and receiving a fresh lei makes the moment feel even more memorable.
Choose Your Hawaiian Lei
Several lei styles are available, including standard flower leis, leis for men, and kid-friendly candy leis. The flower leis are made with the best flowers available and may feature dendrobium orchids, carnations, plumeria, tuberose, or superior combinations of these tropical blooms.
Because fresh flowers are seasonal, the exact flower varieties and colors may change based on availability. The photos are provided to show the general style of each lei. Colors for standard, superior, and deluxe leis may vary.
A Honolulu Airport lei greeting is a simple and meaningful way to begin your Hawaii vacation. Whether you are treating yourself or planning a surprise for someone you love, it brings a little aloha to your arrival from the moment you step into the airport.
Please note: Orders placed within 2 days of arrival are subject to a $15 surcharge per party, not per person. Only Standard Leis are available for orders placed within 2 days of arrival.
If you are arranging a surprise lei greeting for someone else, please let the recipient know to look for a welcome sign with their name after arriving at the baggage claim area.
You can also add an arrival airport shuttle to Waikiki when booking your lei greeting. Roundtrip airport shuttle service may also be available, making both your arrival and departure easier.
Leis can be shortened for children upon request. Please call us or add a note next to the recipient’s name when booking.

Instructions for HONOLULU Airport Arrival:
Your Greeter will be waiting for you just prior to entering baggage claim at the Honolulu Airport, wearing a Fly Shuttle Aloha Shirt and black slacks, holding a welcome sign personalized with your name/group name. If you need assistance on the date of arrival, please call 808-260-9766.
If this is a surprise lei greeting that you are booking for someone else, please tell the recipient to look for a sign with their name on it after they arrive at the baggage claim area.
Restrictions
For next-day lei greetings, please place Standard Lei or Kukui Nut Lei orders by 3 pm the day before. Orders for Sunday arrivals must be placed before 12 pm on Saturday. Please note that this policy only applies to Standard Leis and Kukui Nut Leis.
